- Advances in Clinical Surgery enforces a strict policy against plagiarism. The use of copied content without proper citation or authorization from the original author is considered both unethical and illegal.
- Authors must submit an abstract of no more than 300 words. The abstract should clearly state the purpose of the study, outline any key considerations or limitations, and describe the methodologies employed in the research.
- The first page of the manuscript must include the author’s complete mailing address.
- The references list should contain only published or officially accepted manuscripts and journal articles. Authors are encouraged to provide online links to all cited references to ensure accessibility and online visibility.
- To enhance readability, the use of tables should be minimized. Manuscripts must be double-spaced throughout, including within headers and footers. Page numbering should begin with the title page and follow a chronological sequence.
- Each submission must also include the author’s educational qualifications, contact details, and relevant professional and academic information.
- Research articles should offer a thorough and critical analysis of the data generated, remaining consistent with the focus and scope of the relevant surgical specialty.
